Job summary

Taj HR seeks a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support the execution and supervision of civil construction projects in Yanbu. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, solid technical knowledge, and fluent spoken English.

You will supervise works at site, read drawings with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, review BOQs and specs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or project engineering.
• Mandatory: experience in road or industrial/factory construction.
• Strong site supervision and civil construction knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent spoken English; strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil works at site in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read, interpret, and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Review BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and site teams in English.
