Adidas is seeking a qualified professional in Jeddah to lead visual merchandising execution across Adidas stores, ensuring brand guidelines are accurately implemented and consumer journeys are optimized. The role requires strong collaboration with ISVM and store teams to maintain high VM standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years in sports/fashion retail, strong communication, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

Drive implementation of best-practice VM and in-store communication standards to enhance consumer journey and sell-through.
Train and motivate In-Store Visual Merchandisers (ISVM) to deliver excellence across markets and environments.
Cascade VM and brand guidelines to ISVM and store teams to ensure executional excellence and accountability at store level.
Guide store teams on consumer journeys, store layout, capacity, product density, color flow, mannequin styling and VM standards.
Support omni-channel campaigns by providing field/store insights for campaign planning and store-level preparedness.
Audit and order VM tools for stores in collaboration with retail and omni teams.
