Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Telecommunication Engineer (Offshore) to provide technical leadership for telecom systems across FEED and Detailed Engineering in the oil and gas sector. You will define design bases, oversee integration with other disciplines, review vendor submissions, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Ideal candidates will have extensive offshore/onshore telecom experience in the Middle East, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering robust telecommunication

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in telecommunication design for oil & gas.
• Experience with FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC engineering standards and project execution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering, development, and implementation of telecommunication systems per client requirements.
• Coordinate site surveys and vendor coordination for CCTV, PAGA, and telecom systems.
• Prepare FEED and Detailed Engineering deliverables, including design basis documents and equipment datasheets.
• Perform technical bid evaluations and review vendor submissions.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and project engineering teams for integrated designs.
