Job summary

KBR, Inc seeks a Senior Specialist Electrical Engineer for offshore FEED projects with global PMC exposure. You will provide technical leadership, oversee FEED deliverables, and ensure electrical system integrity across power, distribution, and substations for offshore platforms.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas, offshore FEED/detailed engineering, and strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. ADNOC offshore experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Technical expertise in offshore power systems and ADNOC/IEC/IEEE standards.
• 15+ years oil and gas experience, with offshore FEED/detailed engineering background.
• PMc experience and ADNOC Offshore projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FEED design for electrical systems including power generation, distribution, and substations.
• Review FEED deliverables, calculations and vendor specifications.
• Coordinate with process, instrumentation, telecom, mechanical and structural teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ESD, and hazardous area classifications.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning philosophies for electrical systems.
