Purpose of the position

As Offshore Structural Engineer you will be part of the Asset Based Services Business Line within Offshore Structural Engineering dept. You will support in structural design of jackets and top sides.

How can you support us

• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Project Structural Lead, including structural analyses, calculations, design activities, verification and dedicated studies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Interface effectively with other Project Specialists and Designers, sharing information, clarifying technical aspects, and supporting a smooth and coordinated project execution.
• Co‑ordinate and review technical activities performed both within Saipem and by external parties, providing guidance, feedback and alignment with project objectives and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, such as reports, specifications and design deliverables, maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
• Support the implementation of company procedures, international codes and safety requirements throughout all engineering activities.

What are we looking for

• Education: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Background: Preferably 1‑2 years of experience in offshore engineering.
• Languages: English.
• Technical Knowledge: MS Office, preferred knowledge of AutoCAD and FEM analysis software.
