Job summary

Saipem is seeking an Offshore Environmental Supervisor to support offshore construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will implement environmental compliance, EIA/ESIA commitments, monitoring, and reporting for offshore activities, vessels, and subcontractors. Required: Bachelor's/Master's in environmental field, 5+ years offshore experience, fluent in English and Arabic.

Travel frequent within Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco experience a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental-related field (Environmental Engineering/Science Geology) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant offshore environmental management experience.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and implementation of EIA/ESIA requirements for offshore projects.
Ensure compliance with environmental permit conditions and regulatory approvals.
Conduct environmental impact assessments for offshore activities (vessel operations, dredging, marine logistics).
Develop mitigation measures and perform environmental studies for various operating conditions.
Coordinate marine environmental monitoring programs (seawater, sediment, waste, emissions).
Monitor contractor environmental performance and ensure EMS compliance.
Contribute to environmental incident investigations and corrective actions.
