Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid OT license from SCFHS.
• Valid BLS license.
• Experience in Rehab setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve independence in daily activities.
• Document assessments, goals, and progress notes in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, SLP, Nursing, Physicians, etc.).
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety, and home programs.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
