You will enforce clinical standards and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid license, at least 3 years of nursing experience including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the country of employment (India preferred).
• Minimum 3 years as a registered nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of nurses in our facility. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as well as strong clinical knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual nurses, providing feedback to improve their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatments, and medications administered
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
• Assist with training new nursing staff members
• Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements
