Responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation: oversee nightly audit process, ensuring accurate reporting and internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation: ensure correct posting and reconciliation of day’s financial activity across departments.
• Ensure payment integrity: verify accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze and improve processes: identify anomalies, determine root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations: partner with Night Manager to handle guest issues and emergencies as needed.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, monitor performance, coach, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
