Novartis Pharma Schweiz is seeking a senior Neuroscience leader for Saudi Arabia. You will define and execute the country Neuroscience strategy, leading Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and profitability while owning the P&L.

Competenze

• Over 10 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC market experience preferred.
• Experience in Neuroscience or Rare Disease is a plus.
• Proven launch experience and execution excellence.
