Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Network Engineer for the IT Department. You will design, implement, and support secure, high-performance networks across IT and OT environments, ensuring reliable connectivity and strong security.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will coordinate with vendors, maintain documentation, and ensure disaster recovery readiness while enabling secure remote access for employees and third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on network engineering in IT and OT environments.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls and security controls.
• Experience with VPN, NAC, DDI, and secure remote access.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain IT/OT network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLANs, wireless, and data centre environments.
• Implement and manage firewalls, NAC, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and VPN solutions to ensure security, segmentation, and secure access.
• Monitor and optimise network performance, ensuring high availability and quick incident resolution.
• Support redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery readiness for critical systems.
• Maintain updated network documentation including diagrams, standards, and configurations.
• Provide secure remote access for employees and third parties.
• Contribute to IT/OT integration projects and collaborate with vendors on solution deployment.
• Support network monitoring and security controls including IDS/IPS and logging to maintain visibility and compliance.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering across IT and OT environments
• Experience designing resilient networks and troubleshooting complex issues.

Technical Competencies

• DDI including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
