Job summary

TUV SUD for Safety Engineering LLC invites applications for an entry-level NDT Inspector. You will assist in performing NDT inspections (UT, MT, PT, VT, with Phased Array preferred) and support senior inspectors on site.

Training and guidance will be provided, with opportunities to progress to Senior NDT Inspector. On-site field assignments may be required based on project needs; employment is full time, onsite with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma preferred.
• NDT Certification Level I or II preferred; trainee status welcomed.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing NDT inspections (UT, MT, PT, VT).
• Support senior inspectors during site work and inspections.
• Help prepare basic inspection reports and documentation.
• Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining NDT equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and quality policies.
• Learn and apply relevant codes, standards and inspection procedures.
• Report defects to senior inspectors or supervisors.

Job description

Your Task.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing NDT inspections using methods such as:
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
• Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Visual Testing (VT).
• Phased Array Ultrasonic testing ( preferred )
• Support senior inspectors during inspection activities and site work.
• Help in preparing basic inspection reports and documentation under supervision.
• Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining NDT equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality policies at all times.
• Learn and apply relevant codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
• Report any observed defects or irregularities to senior inspectors or supervisors.

Your Qualification.

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma (preferred).
• NDT certification Level I or II , Trainee status is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience .
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and inspection procedures is an advantage.
• strong willingness to learn and develop NDT skills.
• Good attention to detail and observational skills.
• Basic understanding of technical documents and drawings.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Awareness of safety practices in industrial environments.
