Job summary

This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling. You will design assets for digital, social, web, and presentations; create motion graphics and light animations; adapt designs across formats; and

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion basics.
• Experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
• A portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback without ego - and defend good ideas when needed.
• Must be an English speaker or proficient in reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentations.
• Create motion graphics and light animations (reels, stories, explainers, UI motion).
• Support campaigns with KV adaptations, layouts, and visual systems.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists.
• Translate briefs into strong visual executions - and push them further.
• Adapt designs across formats while keeping the idea sharp and consistent.
• Manage multiple tasks without dropping quality (or your soul).
