Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Multimedia Designer to craft visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentations, spanning static, motion, and UI formats. The role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and storytelling, where craft, speed, and taste matter most.

You will design assets, create motion graphics, support campaigns with visual systems, and collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, studio, or in-house team
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and motion basics
• Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
• A portfolio that shows range, taste, and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback without ego — and defend good ideas when needed
• Must be an English speaker or proficient in reading and writing in English
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Figma or UI-related work
• Interest in AI tools, motion trends, and new formats
• Understanding of branding and visual identity systems

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentations
• Create motion graphics and light animations (reels, stories, explainers, UI motion)
• Support campaigns with KV adaptations, layouts, and visual systems
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and strategists
• Translate briefs into strong visual executions — and push them further
• Adapt designs across formats while keeping the idea sharp and consistent
• Manage multiple tasks without dropping quality (or your soul)
