Job summary

A food technology company based in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple processing centers. You will oversee facility operations, manage inventory, and lead training, all while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or food processing environment. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for this role. Salary banding is 13-15k SAR plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.
• Experience managing teams across multiple shifts.
• Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts.
• Lead training and meetings for processing staff.
• Troubleshoot processing center and facility hardware issues.
• Manage ZenDesk tickets from open to close.
• Review daily inventories and make orders to replenish inventories.
