Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant to join our internal IT team. This hands‑on technical position ensures smooth deployment, seamless integration, and long‑term system performance while maintaining compliance with Saudi Cybersecurity and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with our implementation partner during the rollout and then take full ownership of the technical architecture, administration, and ongoing management of the Dynamics 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Architecture: Design, implement, and evolve the Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance.
  • Implementation Oversight & Handover Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with the implementation partner, validate technical designs, oversee configurations, manage data migration, and ensure smooth handover to the internal team.
  • System Administration & Infrastructure Support: Administer, configure, and manage all Dynamics 365 services, ensuring secure configurations and robust infrastructure performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce strong security measures, data governance policies, and compliance standards aligned with the Saudi Cybersecurity Framework and PDPL.
  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for Dynamics 365‑related issues, including integrations with other systems.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and implement optimizations for stability and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and develop user guides and best practices to ensure effective system usage.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with new Microsoft features, updates, and changes to Saudi Arabian cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience administering and architecting Dynamics 365 F&O in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting large‑scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in key M365 areas; Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
Additional Requirements

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in on‑premise installation and management of Dynamics F&O environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of patching, deployment, and infrastructure management, in addition to core technical expertise in development and customization.
