Job summary

A leading interim management firm is seeking an expert to support the design, implementation, and validation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will work closely with maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, supporting audit readiness, and engaging with OEMs. Candidates must have leadership experience in aerospace or defense environments and preferred qualifications include ISO Lead Auditor certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ISO compliance in MRO, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and AS9100.
• Experience with regulated environments and external audits.

Overview

The expert will support the design, implementation, and validation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and SOPs across maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with international defense and aviation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
• Develop, review, and audit SOPs across MRO, quality, safety, logistics, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and AS9100
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical MRO and PMO operating models
• Work closely with OEMs, defense authorities, and subcontractor ecosystems
• Support audit readiness, compliance validation, and knowledge transfer
• Senior leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or industrial MRO
• Background in maintenance, engineering, quality, operations, or compliance
• Strong exposure to regulated environments and external audits

Qualifications

• ISO Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 or AS9100) preferred

Contract

• Contract Duration: 6 months with potential extension
