The role requires 2–4 years of experience, expert use of After Effects and video editors, and a portfolio showing software interface animation and pacing.

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to bring our tech platform to life. Your primary focus will be transforming static UI/UX designs into visually stunning animations, expertly editing video content, and leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster. You will create dynamic visual assets, explainer videos, and fast-paced promotional clips featured across our landing pages and social media to drive user awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Animation: Create high-quality, smooth animations of our platform's interface and features to demonstrate how they work in real-time.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit engaging, fast-paced videos (Reels, promos, and ads) by seamlessly integrating screen recordings, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Explainer Videos: Produce compelling motion graphic explainer videos that break down complex features into simple, digestible visual stories.
• AI Integration: Effectively utilize AI-powered tools for asset generation, voiceovers, and editing automation to optimize workflows, increase delivery speed, and maintain top-tier quality.
• Landing Page Assets: Design lightweight, eye-catching motion assets (e.g., Lottie files, GIFs) to increase conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product marketers and content writers to storyboard and execute visual campaigns from concept to final cut.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing, preferably for SaaS, tech startups, or digital products.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Illustrator. Expert proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• AI Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern AI video and design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or built-in AI features in Adobe CC) to enhance productivity.
• Portfolio / Showreel: A stellar portfolio demonstrating your ability to animate software interfaces smoothly, as well as your video editing skills (pacing and transitions).
• Attention to Detail: A strong understanding of easing and timing in animation, combined with a sharp eye for narrative structure.
