Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement to own end-to-end money movement capabilities, including on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, settlement, and treasury.

You will partner with Finance, FinOps, and banking partners to design scalable processes, define operating models, and drive AI-enabled product development in a high-ownership fintech environment aimed at emerging-market corridors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech environments.
• Hands-on experience with payment methods such as on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring.
• Experience managing payment products across multiple PSPs or banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the money movement product surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and the underlying payment infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure for fund movement, settlement, reconciliation, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Establish and define payments operating models covering settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, transaction processing, exception handling, and operational workflows.
• Partner with Finance and FinOps to build robust processes and systems rather than relying on manual reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the shared payments infrastructure team to ensure rail and infrastructure decisions support a common money-movement architecture.
