Apply now for the position of Modality Services Manager - Digital Health, and you will be responsible for leading a team of service engineers for delivering customer services operations for Siemens Healthineers Digital Health Solution (PACS/RIS/VNA/CVIS/eHealth) in Saudi Arabia. You will work with the team of service engineers as well as Siemens Healthineers Remote Services Center (RSC) to monitor the uptime of the Siemens Healthineers PACS/RIS/VNA/CVIS Instalbase, perform pro‑active system health check, system update and upgrades when needed. You are responsible for handling customer escalations and working with the right resources to troubleshoot issues and grant customer’s satisfaction with the uptime and issue resolutions.

Responsibilities
  • IT Service Delivery & Operations
    • Ensure reliable and efficient IT service operations (incident, problem, request management), meeting SLAs.
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital health solutions services, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
    • Manage daily performance and uptime of health IT systems including PACS, RIS/CVIA/VNA and eHealth solutions.
    • Ensure service engineers are equipped with the knowledge and latest trainings to support the Siemens Healthineers solutions.
    • Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to drive service quality.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the team of service engineers.
    • Develop long‑term relationships with the customers and key stakeholders at installabase.
    • Follow up with the Regional Support Center for any open tickets, and handle escalations and incident management.
    • Liaise with business units, users, and vendors, managing expectations and feedback.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for process and service enhancement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or similar.
  • Several years of IT support experience, preferably with 4+ years in a healthcare setting.
  • Expert knowledge of PACS/RIS/CVIS and VNA systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and cross‑functional expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Technical expertise in networking, infrastructure, VMware, DICOM and HL7 system integration.
  • ITIL (v3/v4), PMP, CPHIMS, or similar professional certifications is a plus.
