Job summary

Maaden Saudi Arabian Mining Company seeks a Mine Site Security Supervisor to oversee access control, inspections and movement of people, materials and equipment according to security plans.

You will supervise security staff, ensure SOPs, train personnel and coordinate with shift controllers to maintain facility security Responsibilities include monitoring shifts, investigating incidents, conducting patrols, and reporting to the Industrial Security Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4yrs) in any relevant discipline required.
• Verbal and written English communications must be advanced or at least intermediate.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience: minimum of 5 years of security experience in an industrial environment; level may require 5 or 15 years depending on education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Security Shift Controllers to implement the integrated security plan.
• Plan and maintain the duty shift roster for security personnel to ensure coverage.
• Monitor shift activities and investigate security incidents during shifts.
• Supervise security staff, ensure adherence to security procedures, and train staff.
• Oversee access control, patrols, and incident reporting; prepare full shift reports.
