Job summary

SAB in Riyadh seeks a Risk Analyst to provide Basel SME support to the Performance and Capital Management Team. You will lead end-to-end involvement in SAS Regulatory Risk Management and SAS Asset and Liability Management, evaluate business processes, and design SAS solutions.

Responsibilities include communicating insights to cross-functional teams, gathering information from stakeholder meetings, and preparing technical reports that drive capital dashboards and risk insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience with preferred 1 year in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Providing Basel SME support to the Performance and Capital Management Team.
• End to end involvement in SAS system for SAS Regulatory Risk Management and SAS Asset and Liability Management
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing SAS solutions
• Support ongoing reviews of business processes gaps
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Support in ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and escalating any issues or concerns on a timely manner
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Support in preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct insightful and ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing operational issues
• Supporting in Q17 Process – Capital, Credit and Operational Risk RWAs, Pillar 3 Disclosures – Annual, Semi-annual and Quarterly Relevant capital dashboards
• Ensure process note and DIMs are completed
