Job summary

QNB Group in Riyadh seeks a senior risk professional to deliver an end-to-end control framework with advanced analytics for market risk, ALM, modelling and liquidity risk.

You will also help ensure effective operational risk management, overseeing risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting for the Branch, and provide hands-on support for data management, MIS, and ALCO activities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in market risk and liquidity risk management.
• Possess superior knowledge of operational risk management techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of fundamental prudential risks of the bank: counterparty, leverage, liquidity, interest rate, currency, and other market risks.
• Support the department head to provide timely and accurate risk information to Risk & Management Committees, external & internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.
• Maintain activities in accordance with SLAs and enable improvements in turnaround time.
• Relative to Market Risk Portfolio, ALM & Liquidity Risk Management.
• Review and propose necessary changes to portfolio management techniques per Basel/host regulator guidelines.
