Job summary

SYSTRA seeks an accomplished Project Manager (Metro) to lead end-to-end delivery of complex metro programs in Saudi Arabia. The role combines deep rail expertise with governance, client leadership, and multi-contract management to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include managing civil, systems, and interfaces across packages, shaping procurement, and ensuring integration and safety compliance. Strong regional exposure and PM qualifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Transport Engineering; Master’s in Transport/Rail Systems or Project Management preferred.
• 20+ years delivering major metro or rail programs across civil and systems packages.
• Proven regional experience (e.g., GCC/KSA or similar) with government or quasi-government clients.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery for metro assets and systems, including planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Lead governance forums, approvals, and executive reporting, driving timely decisions and alignment.
• Mentor staff, foster collaboration, and ensure safety, quality, and integration across packages.
