QuantumIT Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Merchandiser Coordinator to manage all aspects of product merchandising, from visual displays to inventory coordination, reporting to driving sales in our stores.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, at least two years in merchandising, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week and offers health insurance and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of merchandising experience.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with buying team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and track inventory levels.
• Create visual displays that effectively showcase products in stores.
• Monitor sales patterns and adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
• Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques.
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and events to drive sales.
• Manage budgets for merchandising activities and report on ROI.
