Job summary

CSI Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled MEP Procurement Engineer to lead sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related materials for construction projects. You will coordinate with engineering, estimation, and site teams to meet technical standards and budgets, manage supplier pre-qualifications, issue RFQs, negotiate terms, and track deliveries to avoid site delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven MEP procurement experience in KSA.
• Deep knowledge of MEP materials and systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, LV).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing of MEP materials for construction projects.
• Prepare and issue RFQs; analyze offers and negotiate terms.
• Draft POs and contracts; monitor delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and site teams to ensure on-time procurement.
• Maintain supplier database and monitor performance.
