Job summary

MSCI is hiring a Finance Associate – MENA to bridge Billing and Collections for the region. You will own invoicing accuracy, resolve disputes, and engage with Sales and client Finance teams to maintain data integrity and timely payments.

The role requires experience across MENA, knowledge of KSA/UAE tax regimes, and fluency in English and Arabic. SAP and Ariba familiarity are advantageous, with a hybrid work model in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing or collection roles.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in SAP; familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally across MENA.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Billing and Collections across Billing, Collections and Sales to ensure timely collections.
• Ensure invoice compliance with KSA ZATCA Phase 2, UAE FTA, Egypt ETA and Qatar standards.
• Manage collectability, disputes, and communications with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client Finance teams to confirm invoice receipt and resolve queries.
• Produce regular receivables reporting and support month-end close.
