Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional based in Riyadh to support billing activities across the Middle East and Africa region. The role focuses on client invoicing, project code administration, and month-end support while collaborating with local offices and regional finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in billing/AR, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable or finance operations experience in a professional services environment.
• Must be a KSA national; Fluency in English and Arabic for stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

• Set up client project codes for MEA entities.
• Raise client invoices in line with local billing requirements and internal approvals.
• Ensure timely creation and distribution of invoices to engagement teams within agreed timelines.
• Post Invoice WIP allocations and investigate billing queries with regional stakeholders.
• Support month-end close checks and VAT/withholding tax considerations for the region.
