Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building materials and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Review project designs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor project costs and make adjustments to stay within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control of work.
