We are seeking a skilled and motivated physiotherapy specialist to join our Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role and be responsible in delivering general and specialized physiotherapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes. By providing personalized care and rehabilitation support, the physiotherapist contributes to the overall well-being and functional independence of patients. The primary purpose of this role is to assess, plan, treat, and manage the physical health needs of patients in a home care setting, enabling them to achieve optimal mobility, function, and quality of life and recovery of patients with physical injuries, illnesses, post-surgeries or disabilities.

Patient Assessment and Diagnosis

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose physical limitations, impairments, and functional abilities.

Treatment Planning and Implementation and Rehabilitation Support

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain effectively.

Provide ongoing rehabilitation support to patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Progress Monitoring and Adjustment

Regular monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates on progress and modifications to the treatment plan.

Patient Education
