Responsibilities include reviewing discharged records, performing quantitative analysis, tracking deficiencies, and preparing periodic quality reports, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of medical records or healthcare administration experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with JCI standards is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
