Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical insurance approvals for procedures and services.
• Liaise with insurance companies for timely authorizations.
• Review and process medical claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify medical documentation and insurance requirements before submission.
• Follow up on rejected claims and coordinate resubmissions.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinics, finance and insurance providers.
• Ensure compliance with CHI regulations, NPHIES requirements, and internal policies.
