Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and requests.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media advisories, and official statements.
  • Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media briefings for players, coaches, and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, broadcasters, and influencers.
  • Support the Media Center team in covering club events, matches, and announcements.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly reports on news sentiment and reach.
  • Assist in developing media kits, fact sheets, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications in line with the club’s brand.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align media relations with marketing, PR, and corporate communication strategies.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, or public relations.
  • Previous experience in sports organizations or high-profile institutions is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and engaging media content.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools and digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, or social media.
