WPP Media seeks a Media Manager to drive brand growth and engagement by developing and executing innovative media strategies across diverse channels. You will ensure alignment with marketing plans, optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and maintain vendor and internal relationships.

The role requires strong knowledge of traditional and digital media, collaboration with content teams, budget stewardship, and the ability to adapt to market trends and client needs. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across the full Communications Planning process.
• 3-4 years planning across Display, Search, Social and offline channels.
• Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing media campaigns.
• Stay up to date with market trends; knowledge of target demographics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast).
• Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and teammates to align media content with brand voice and goals.
• Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize ROI within the marketing budget.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and agencies.
• Assist in crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.
