Job summary

Sama Technology in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Maintenance Technician L- to support the workshop operations. Responsible for preparing and redressing Wellbore Cleaning Tools, maintaining safety and quality standards, and assisting with tool assembly and testing.

The role requires flexibility for day/night shifts and adherence to SOPs with opportunities to train junior staff. Required 0–1 year in Oil & Gas, technical diploma or government license preferred, forklift license is a plus, and the

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Higher Secondary School with technical diploma preferred or Government license.
• Forklift license is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QHSE is fully implemented and sustained.
• Clean, paint, redress and prepare Wellbore Cleaning tools.
• Maintain workshop space and housekeeping per SOPs.
• Fill required documents for assigned jobs and provide daily reports to supervisor.
• Monitor asset & inventory according to SOPs and training.
• Perform pressure tests per operation standard; train junior staff; work two shifts (Day/Night) as needed.

job Title : Maintenance Technician L-2 | Reports to: Workshop Manager | Department: Operation - Workshop | Company Name : Sama Technology

Salary : Sar 3000 to 3500 Monthly | Working Hours : 8.00 + OT | Job Location : Jeddah Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose: Responsible for preparing and redressing all Wellbore Cleaning Tools.

Key Accountabilities: Ensure QHSE fully implemented and sustained; cleaning, painting, redressing and preparation of WBC tools; keep workshop space per standard practices/housekeeping; fill required documents for assigned jobs; provide daily reports to direct manager; maintain/monitor asset & inventory as per SOPs; finalize required training/courses; perform pressure tests per operation standard; work two shifts (Day/Night) as required; train new junior employees; must hold forklift license; understand BHA and tool assembly; learning/becoming competent in torque machine operation; perform any task assigned by Workshop Manager & Supervisor.

Education: Higher Secondary School - Technical Diploma preferred - Government license preferred.

Experience: Requires 0-1 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry.

Skills: Basic computer skills; good understanding of Wellbore Cleaning tools; strong organization and communication skills; ability to work closely with Downhole Tools, Completions, Liner Hanger, Fishing, Rental and Drilling Fluid product lines; work under pressure; teamwork.
