Job summary

Seder Group Trading and Contracting designs and manufactures complex mechanical systems in the Saudi market. This role focuses on designing and analyzing components to meet precise specifications.

You will run CAD modeling with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, conduct simulations in ANSYS and MATLAB, and collaborate with electrical engineers and product managers to create integrated solutions. A PE license is desirable and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of experience is expected for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• PE license or certification desirable.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks/AutoCAD and simulation tools.
• Strong grounding in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

Job description

Design and analyze mechanical systems and components ensuring they meet precise specifications and industry standards. Conduct simulations and modeling using CAD software to predict system performance and optimize designs effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers and product managers to integrate mechanical designs into holistic systems. Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical components iterating designs based on empirical data and user feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in relevant engineering disciplines is highly desirable.

Experience with advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is essential.
