Job summary

Innowell Engineering International is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeller to develop and maintain HVAC, PHE, and fire protection BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP. You will coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure accurate, clash-free models and deliver coordinated drawings on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical BIM modelling, strong Revit MEP skills, and familiarity with BEP standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage.
• Understanding of BIM Level of Development (LOD) and BIM standards.
• Knowledge of HVAC, PHE, FPS systems.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Middle East project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC, Plumbing (PHE), and Fire Protection BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Model ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing systems, drainage systems, and FPS.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Structural, and Architectural teams.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve issues.
• Ensure BEP, client requirements, and design changes are reflected in models.
• Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and material reports.
• Deliver project models and drawings within project timelines.
