• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting products specifications, and submittals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of submittal review processes and approval requirements.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems
