Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or project coordination in HVAC/plumbing/firefighting product suppliers.
• Strong understanding of plumbing, chilled water, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications and submittals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications to identify required submittal materials for plumbing, chilled water, and firefighting products, selection, and submittals.
• Assemble complete submittal & Prequalification documents, packages that meet project requirements and formatting guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records and tracking logs to monitor submittal status and approvals.
• Provide technical support to sales team and field as needed.
