Job summary

Ecojob in Mecca, Pakistan is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Candidates should hold a Civil Engineering degree, demonstrate leadership, and be able to read blueprints and regulations. Urdu/Hindi communication is prioritized; relocation to Mecca is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specs.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent Urdu/Hindi communication.
• Willing to relocate to Mecca, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project progress.
• Manage project resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to stay within budget and timeline.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate progress updates with stakeholders including clients, management, and team members.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality of work and address issues.
• Prepare progress reports for management on a regular basis.
