Job summary

ByteGrid Talent Services is seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee our Mecca, Pakistan-based projects on a contract basis. The role requires leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 5+ years in the Middle East (preferably Mecca), knowledge of local codes, and strong multitasking and team management abilities. Freshers welcome if qualified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region, preferably in Mecca.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

Construction Manager - Mecca, Pakistan (Contract)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mecca, Pakistan. As a leading construction company, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work and has a strong background in managing construction projects. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region, preferably in Mecca
• Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and building codes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Additional Requirements

• Valid biometric passport (Pakistani nationality preferred)
• Fluency in Urdu or other local languages required; English proficiency preferred but not required

Salary

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
