• Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula.
• Strong proficiency in the subject matter and classroom management.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards
• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
• Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent (e.g., PGCE / QTS / or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others.
• Strong proficiency in the subject matter.
• Well-developed teaching skills and classroom management abilities.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered a strong advantage
