The Marketplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments to develop strategies that optimize performance and drive growth.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for order processing.
- Order receiving in the marketplace platform within the cutoff time.
- Internal invoicing within the system and handoff the orders to Warehouse team.
- Follow up with warehouse order preparations.
- Responsible for coordinating shipping and delivery logistics, managing transportation providers, and ensuring smoothly timely delivery of orders.
- Return handlings on system and pass claims to the account manager.
- Monitoring performance metrics and track order fulfillments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations management or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with major online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Noon) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
