Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Marketing Communication, e-commerce or Public Business Administration.
• MOS, CCNA, HRD HR Certifications: HRMP – HRBP, SPHR-CA, SASL are preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in social media management, content creation and customer experience is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate with partners and manage marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across platforms.
• Coordinate offers with clients and partners and prepare marketing materials.
• Operate and manage orders via The Chefs and Jahez platforms.
• Provide high-quality customer service at the shop and support in workshops.
