Job summary

Orix Digi is seeking a Lead Marketing Operations Manager for the MENA region. The role is hybrid and Riyadh-based, with collaboration across MENA markets to translate demand into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

You will drive KPI governance, optimize weekly cycles, and maintain high-quality stakeholder communication while partnering with strategy, delivery, and analytics leads to improve execution quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations and process governance.
• Hands-on capability with automation SOPs, QA workflows, reporting standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with KPI and performance analysis.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to execute against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Marketing Operations initiatives, from planning through execution and optimization.
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and measurable weekly actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings for scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, reporting clarity, and leadership-ready status updates.
