In this role, you will lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support business goals, and ensure consistent positioning across the holding and its operating companies. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and market analysis.

Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy and translate it into tailored plans for each subsidiary (positioning, messaging, GTM).
Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps covering campaigns, channels, timelines, budgets, and KPIs per company.
Lead brand management for the holding and subsidiaries: brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual consistency, and reputation management.
Define target segments and customer personas; oversee market research, competitive analysis, and demand insights.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels (social, performance, SEO, PR, events, partnerships).
Manage performance marketing (paid media), including agency coordination, targeting, creative briefs, and conversion optimization.
Oversee content strategy and production: copy, video, photography, design, case studies, brochures, and presentations.
Manage the group’s digital presence: websites, landing pages, analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to generate qualified leads, improve funnel performance, and support revenue growth.
Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards; monitor ROI, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, brand metrics, and report to leadership.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and measurable impact across companies.
Own event and exhibition planning (including real estate expos): concept, booth design, collateral, logistics, and lead capture.
Build and manage external relationships: agencies, media, influencers, vendors, and strategic partners.
Lead internal stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, HR) to ensure smooth execution.
Drive continuous improvement through testing (A/B), audience learnings, and campaign optimization.
Manage and develop the marketing team (or shared resources), set goals, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory requirements across all marketing activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role; experience in multi-brand or group/hub marketing is highly preferred.
Proven track record in building and executing marketing strategies, integrated campaigns, and go-to-market plans with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical capability with hands‑on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting (KPIs, ROI, CAC/CPL, conversion rates).
Solid expertise in digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO/SEM, social, email, analytics) and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and align multiple business units.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team and external partners/agencies.
High ownership mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to prioritize across multiple companies and fast‑moving initiatives.
