Job Profile Summary

The Country Marketing Manager drives local market growth by leveraging customer insights to develop value propositions and execute marketing strategies aligned with cluster frameworks. The role adapts cluster plans to country dynamics, collaborates closely with cluster teams, and leads implementation of marketing and commercial initiatives across key segments.

Responsibilities
Territory Marketing & Strategy

Define and execute country-level marketing plans aligned with cluster frameworks (e.g., SAVE model), adapting to local market dynamics. Drive the execution and growth of the distribution approach including franchise retail channel development, in line with the cluster distribution strategy. Refine customer segment strategies (“How to Win”) to maximize value creation and identify new market opportunities.

Offer Portfolio Management

Oversee the full portfolio of products and services, ensuring profitability and alignment with cluster guidelines. Conduct performance analyses, recommend optimizations, and challenge business cases for current and future offers. Coordinate deployment of new offers and monitor existing ones.

Customer Experience & Go-to-Market Execution

Orchestrate customer experience initiatives using cluster assets and recommendations. Support commercial teams with pricing, margin management, and enablement tools. Drive actions to increase leads, conversions, and retention in line with distribution strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

Steer marketing plans and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide competitive benchmarking, customer feedback, and market insights to inform decision‑making. Ensure SKU forecasting and supply align with business ambitions.

Leadership & Team Development

Manage the country marketing team, resources, and budgets. Clarify goals, delegate authority, and hold teams accountable. Coach and develop staff, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across cluster and country teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cluster teams, initiative leaders, and sales managers to co‑build strategies and ensure alignment throughout development and deployment phases. Support Ad‑hoc cluster, regional, or global projects as required.
