Job summary

MADI International in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic Country Marketing Executive to localize global campaigns, drive brand visibility, and strengthen market performance across the country.

You will coordinate promotions, brand activations, events, roadshows, and training sessions, collaborating with Brand Managers, Sales teams, suppliers, and external partners while monitoring market trends and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or retail.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

MADI International is looking for a dynamic and creative Country Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia! As part of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing and localizing marketing strategies, coordinating brand campaigns and events, and strengthening brand visibility and market performance across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global and regional marketing campaigns at the local market level.
• Coordinate promotions, brand activations, events, roadshows, and training sessions.
• Support retail marketing, merchandising, in-store visibility, and salon activations.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Sales teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports, track KPIs, and recommend campaign improvements.
