Job summary

Perfect Vision in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within the Operations department. You will ensure efficient workflow, meet production targets, and uphold quality and safety standards on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and problem solving to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

Supervise daily production operations, ensure efficient workflow, and achieve production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications, Education & Certifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
