Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Section Manager, Internal Audit - Manufacturing to lead manufacturing audits, assess controls, and drive improvements across operations in the Riyadh region. You will manage audit engagements, coordinate with plant leadership, and ensure high-quality audit outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, process improvements, ERP/system controls, and strong collaboration with operations to enhance performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience in internal auditing and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of audit best practices, planning, reporting, auditing procedures/standards, compliance audits, internal controls, post-audit reviews, and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of manufacturing audits and manage audit teams.
• Assess operational controls and ERP systems for effectiveness and risk.
• Define audit scope, objectives, resources, and coordinate with plant leadership and process owners.
• Review findings, validate evidence, and ensure quality audit outcomes.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
